Fall Food Drive Special for Alameda Food Bank

Hello, You may have noticed a new food barrel in the reception room. ACA's first Food Drive is on! As a community-oriented clinic, we are always thinking about ways to give back/ connect to our community. As you may have noticed, we do at least one event or promotion every few months that help contribute to a healthier community. This fall, we are doing a fundraising/ promo for the Alameda Food Bank. They distribute food to hundreds of low-income residents in Alameda. Here is how the promo works: From now till December 31, 2012, 1) Donate 2 or more cans of food (no glass please!) into our food barrel in the reception room and receive $5 off your acupuncture treatment*. This can be done repeatedly. or 2) Donate $10 or more directly to the Alameda Food Bank, show us the receipt and receive $5 off your acupuncture treatment*. *cannot combine with other special offer/ discounts.

Hello!
I just had my first session yesterday, THANK YOU! I am a volunteer with the Alameda Food Bank, I give 4-6 hours a month. Was wondering if this could count as a "donation" in some way for my treatment coming up on Dec 17.
