Free Alexander Technique Introductory Class on Feb.2, 2016

The Alexander Technique is a well-established practical method for improving ease of movement, balance, support, flexibility, and coordination. This method of self-care teaches us to identify habitual movement patterns which interfere with our natural ability to move and function well.
Please join Ms. Lenka Fejt, a certified Alexander Technique teacher on Feb. 2, 2016 (Tuesday), 10-11am, for a FREE Alexander Technique introductory class.
Drop-in format, no registration needed. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
